Captain figures are the Global-fleet scale effective July 2024: 111,300 after the initial six-month period, 131,250 at the top. Challenger and Citation captain scales are lower. The source says first officers follow the same scales but the FO column could not be read, so no FO figures are given. Global first officers get an additional 5,000 per year for cruise relief duty. Performance bonus (10% in year 1, rising 1% a year to 20%) and a loyalty bonus are excluded. Whether the figures are gross is not stated. Paid training days off: 800 per day PIC, 400 per day SIC.
