This website is run by the operator of Pilot Jobs International. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Job alerts: if you sign up, we store your email address and alert choices until you unsubscribe (one tap in every alert email). Emails are sent through our email provider, Resend.

Interview Prep Pass and advertising: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your email address, what you bought and until when it is valid, to give you access and for our accounts (Dutch law requires us to keep financial records for 7 years).

Visitor statistics: we count page views and visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses or any identifier, so no individual visitor can be recognised.

Waiting lists: if you ask to be told when the Interview Prep Pass or advertising opens, we keep your email address (and company name, if given) only to send that message, and delete it on request.

Contact form: your name, email address and message are emailed to our inbox so we can reply. We keep the email only as long as needed for the conversation and our records.

Error reports: if you report an error, we keep your message and, if you give it, your email address to reply.

Your saved jobs, filters and comparison choices are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They never leave your device and you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

Links to other websites

Job adverts and sources link to airline, agency and union websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to your national data protection authority.
