An older 2022 compilation (pre-2024 contract revision) listed captain year-1 base of about 115,000 to 141,000 depending on schedule, which is superseded. The 2024 contract revision was described in the press as a 52% compensation increase over five years. Flight duty pay, night pay and per diem are on top of base; 401(k) match is a separate benefit.
