Only published figure: a Flexjet first-officer advert (undated, since closed) states about 100,000 USD per year for a first-year pilot on the flexible-schedule programme. An earlier Flexjet press release (May 2018) cited 80,000 USD for a first-year pilot, 176,000 USD for a fifth-year Challenger 350 pilot and 205,000 USD for a third-year G650 Red Label captain; those are old and not used as scale figures. A $5,000 productivity bonus for meeting a flight-hour threshold is separate. No captain scale was verified.
