ASL's UK cargo airline got its UK CAA AOC in 2021 and is based at East Midlands. It flies an ATR 72 freighter daily to Belfast and, since June 2023, a B737-800BCF to Paris CDG and Belfast. It works closely with ASL Airlines Ireland and shares its SOPs. In Nov 2026 the recruiter Resource Group (Contractair) was advertising ATR Captains and ATR First Officers for ASL Airlines at East Midlands, posted about mid-October 2026. No direct advert URL could be recovered, so no job file was written. Earlier rounds through the same agency (JOB-43082 FO, closed 17 Sept 2025; JOB-43083 Captain, closed 27 Nov 2025) were long-term assignments with 'increased salary' and no figure. B737 FO roles at East Midlands were also advertised in 2023 through CAE Parc Aviation for ASL Ireland. The ASL group careers portal (Cezanne) had no UK pilot roles in Nov 2026.

No salary figure was found. Agency adverts from Resource Group/Contractair (2025 and Oct 2026) say only 'increased salary'. The 2023 CAE Parc Aviation B737 FO advert says 'competitive plus benefits'. ASL says its employment terms are standardised across its airlines but publishes no numbers, and no BALPA or forum figures for ASL UK turned up. Contract terms from the adverts: the ATR roles are long-term assignments through an agency (Contractair), listed as permanent-type work. In the 2023 round, B737 FOs were offered permanent, non-commuting jobs and B737 Captains long-term assignments up to age 65. PAY INDICATION ONLY (sister airline, not ASL UK): ASL UK publishes no GBP scale. The closest public numbers are for ASL Airlines Ireland, which shares SOPs with ASL UK, but they are in EUR, cover Irish contracts and must not be read as ASL UK pay. ReadyForTakeoff's ASL Ireland pilot-conditions page (6 Mar 2026) calls its figures rough estimates. It gives ATR 72 FO pay of EUR 73,281 in year 1 rising to EUR 102,414 in year 12, plus a 7% monthly bonus on the ATR fleet, and B737 Captain pay of EUR 106,221 in year 1 rising to EUR 124,672 in year 12. The PilotJobsNetwork wiki for ASL Ireland shows the same numbers in a scale effective July 2025. An older ASL UK ATR72-500 advert through AeroProfessional, seen on jobijoba (undated), also mentions pay for working days off. The Nov 2026 ASL ATR adverts on Resource Group still say only 'Increased Salary!'.

The 2023 B737 round asked FOs for 1,000 total hours with 500 on B737NG, and Captains for 4,000 total with 1,500 B737 command. The 1,000-hour Captain figure in cpt_min_hours is PIC on type, not total time.
