General requirements
| Licence and medical | Valid air transport licence (ATPL) needed before a First Pilot course (Art. 5.9) |

| Type rating | Company-funded: type rating course valued at 21,500 EUR plus 8,500 EUR initial training (30,000 EUR total); pilots who join already rated owe only the 8,500 EUR part (Art. 1.9). |
| Training bond | Leaving voluntarily within two years of the last company-funded simulator check: repay course cost / 24 x months remaining (Art. 1.9). Two months' notice. |
| Other | Six-month probation; new hires enter at bottom of the single seniority list (Arts. 5.2-5.3). Second Pilots at level 8 with 3,000 h move directly to level 7 (Art. 5.5). |
