Figures are third-party estimates from a ReadyForTakeoff pilot-conditions article (2 Mar 2026), built from recruitment platforms, forums and union communications; the page says Air Nostrum does not publish pay scales and that post-2023 settlement changes are not reflected. Annual gross EUR including base, flight pay, per diems and allowances: FO min = year-1 low end, FO max = years 7-10 high end; Captain min = entry low end, Captain max = senior (10+ yrs) high end. The same page gives monthly net estimates of 2,500-5,500 EUR (FO) and 5,000-9,000 EUR (Captain). Binding document: VI Convenio colectivo de Air Nostrum (Pilotos), BOE 21 Nov 2023 (BOE-A-2023-23608), economic effect 1 Jan 2023, valid to 31 Dec 2025 with tacit yearly renewal (Art. 1.3). Levels: First Pilots 0-6, Second Pilots 0-8 (Art. 4.3); pay includes a flight-hour ('baremo') component. The BOE online text is cut off before the salary tables. During the 2023 dispute the company offered Second Pilots 13% consolidated + 3% variable and Captains 10% + 3% over three years (Noudiari, 26 Feb 2023); no euro figures were given.

- Allowances
- Forced residencia: hotel with breakfast for the first 31 days and per-diem coefficient 2.00, then 1.30 (Art. 9.9). Per diem amounts not read.
- Roster
- Detachments 5-15 days, residencia 6 months-2 years within Spain (Art. 9.5). Two extra days off per month for a pilot with a child under nine months (Art. 7.15). Seniority-based reduced schedules of 15/25/50% (Art. 7.17).

Requirements
- Type rating
- Company-funded: type rating course valued at 21,500 EUR plus 8,500 EUR initial training (30,000 EUR total); pilots who join already rated owe only the 8,500 EUR part (Art. 1.9).
- Bond
- Leaving voluntarily within two years of the last company-funded simulator check: repay course cost / 24 x months remaining (Art. 1.9). Two months' notice.
- Licence
- Valid air transport licence (ATPL) needed before a First Pilot course (Art. 5.9)
- Other
- Six-month probation; new hires enter at bottom of the single seniority list (Arts. 5.2-5.3). Second Pilots at level 8 with 3,000 h move directly to level 7 (Art. 5.5).
