- Monthly rosters published by the 20th of the preceding month with preferential leave bidding and a duty-swap marketplace (introduced 2025). 2025 agreement: at least 10 days off per month, at least one 60-hour weekend off every six weeks (minimum nine weekends a year); rostered work on a day off can be reclaimed the next month.
- Allowances
- Travel, accommodation and medical allowances adjusted annually in line with the 2025-2029 increases; overtime flight pay above 65 hours per month.
