Conditions at Binter
- Roster
- 30 calendar days of vacation for flight crew with a points system; vacation roster published by 1 December of prior year (Art. 41). 99 annual days off referenced (Art. 42).
- Allowances
- Two extra payments (June/December) of one month base each, can be prorated (Art. 47). Flight per diem per duty period, travel per diem, transport plus over 11 months. Holiday pay includes average of variables over prior 12 months. Flights on 25 Dec, 1 Jan, 6 Jan count x1.5 (Art. 50). Productivity incentive up to 10,000 EUR captain (Art. 48).

- Loss-of-licence insurance (50/50 cost share).
- Bond
- If the company pays for specialist training, staff must stay 2 years or repay pro rata (Art. 13). Three months' resignation notice for pilots (Art. 27).
