Annual gross EUR: FO min = entry ATR72 low end, FO max = 3-5 years (ATR or E195-E2) high end; Captain min = ATR72 captain low end, Captain max = senior E195-E2 captain high end. Binding document: Binter Canarias company-wide Convenio colectivo (BOE 18 Mar 2026, BOE-A-2026-6389, valid 1 Jan 2026 - 31 Dec 2031); pilots are Grupo IV 'Tripulantes de vuelo - Flota Embraer' (Art. 25). Pay build-up (Art. 47): base salary in 12 monthly payments per Anexo I plus two extra payments (June, December); flight-hour pay on block time as the main variable, with tranches T1 60-70h, T2 70-80h, T3 80-90h, T4 90h+ per 30-day month and night hours 01:00-04:59 at x1.5; standby, split-duty and layover units; flight per diem and transport allowance. Productivity incentive (Art. 48), paid 0-130% against annual targets: captains 10,000 EUR gross/yr, FOs level 1-4 2,500 EUR, FOs level 5-6 1,500 EUR. The Anexo I base-salary and flight-hour tables could not be read in the BOE online text.

Requirements
