Air Canada is hiring pilots who are not currently flying for AC Express carriers. New hires usually start as First Officer on domestic aircraft or as Relief Pilot on long-haul flights, at one of four Canadian crew bases.
Minimum requirements

- Canadian ATPL with Group 1 instrument rating

- Category 1 (Air Canada and Transport Canada standards)

- Canadian passport; eligible to work in Canada

- Able to hold a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
- Able to travel without restriction across the network
