- Online application
- Telephone screen (skills, experience, motivation)
- Online psychometric assessment (position-dependent)
- Pilot assessment day in Leeds: company presentation, group exercise, face-to-face interview
- Simulator assessment at Bradford or Cheadle (usually a separate date)
Tests
- Online psychometrics: work/situational behaviour, monitoring, reaction, spatial orientation, complex control, multitasking (Kenexa platform)
- Historically: COMPASS and 40-question technical test (2011)
Simulator check
