To fly for Iberia Express, captains at least 3,000 hours.
General requirements

| Other | Hiring mainly permanent; early hires under prior commitments may be on fixed-term contracts of up to 3 years, extendable to 5 (Art. 4.2, 4.4). Six-month probation. Captain upgrade needs 3,000 factored hours (Iberia Express 1.0, other A320 operators 0.9/0.8) and at least 80% of fleet/base average hours (Arts. 4.8, 4.10). |
