Selection stages

1. Online application: upload documents, basic questions, flight hours
2. Online aptitude/psychometric assessment (~45 min, 7 tasks with practice; personality questionnaire ~1 week before interview)
3. Recorded video interview: ~3 HR questions, 1 min prep + 2-3 min answer each
4. Online MS Teams interview with HR + captain (technical and psychological parts)
5. Simulator assessment (B737-800, PF and PM)
6. Office tests (e.g. abstract figure series) the day after the sim

B737-800, candidate flies as PF and PM; reports include two-engine takeoff and SID, rejected takeoff at OKKK, raw-data ILS and radial tracking, single-engine ILS with go-around, RNAV and non-precision approaches, engine failure; Boeing QRH used; focus on safe operation
