Selection stages
- Document review (2-6 weeks)
- Psychometric and apparatus tests incl. multitasking and group exercise (1 day) at Flight Crew Assessment Center SWISS
- Pilot Instrument Trainer 'PIT' (2 days)
- Psychologist interview and Class 1 medical (1 day)
- Edelweiss interview (1 h)
- English test; maths/physics/geometry tests
- Monthly board decision

- SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center tests (SPHAIR exercises useful but not identical)
- PIT instrument trainer
Simulator check
Pilot Instrument Trainer (PIT), 2 days, prep documents provided
