- Company interview (flight crew, Human Factors, Recruitment); decision same day
Tests
- Custom psychometric tests developed by an aviation psychologist with a partner provider (Mollymawk since 2016; DLR-like tests in 2005)
Simulator check
B747-8F / B747-400F simulator, prep material supplied; assesses flying, technical knowledge, adaptability, CRM
