Selection stages
- Day 1: briefing, technical questions on type/ATPL subjects
- Simulator: raw-data handling, then a LOFT-style abnormal scenario
- Day 2: Compass aptitude test
- Panel/HR interview (about 45 min): career, sim decisions, life in Kazakhstan
Tests
- Compass (maths, navigation, reasoning, multitasking, hand-eye)
Simulator check
A320 sim, about 4 hours alternating PF/PM: raw-data ILS in crosswind, MEL item and abnormal with continue/return decision
