Conditions at Widerøe
- Roster
- Fixed rotations: 7 on / 7 off at Bodø, Oslo and Tromsø; about 5 on / 5 off at Bergen and Sandefjord (Torp), aiming for every other weekend off. Base and aircraft type allocated by seniority bidding. Mostly short sectors, few night stops.
- Allowances
- Per diem up to NOK 940 per day (crowd-sourced). Statutory Norwegian holiday pay. Allowances for instructor/training roles.

- Permanent employment, fixed rotation, pension and insurance schemes described by the airline as market-leading (crowd-sourced: 7% employer pension up to NOK 842,000, 25.1% from NOK 842,000 to 1,280,000), staff travel.
