Air Astana Pilots Info kit (recruitment document distributed via Brazilian pilots' union SNA, uploaded Oct 2024): NET monthly totals at 65 block hours, conditional on company profit/corporate targets; FO base EUR 2,300-3,800 + EUR 800 flight pay; Captain EUR 8,000 base + EUR 2,000 = EUR 10,000. Paid in KZT linked to EUR rate; 10% flat tax for expats. Additional net base payment: Cpt EUR 1,000 + ~EUR 500 housing, FO EUR 750 + ~EUR 350 housing. Press (Aviation A2Z, Sep 2026) gives FO EUR 45-65k and Cpt EUR 95-125k annual.
