Approximate hourly rates from a pilot conditions blog dated March 2026, which bases them on the post-2024 ALPA agreement. FO runs from about CAD 100/hr in year 1 to about 210/hr at top of scale, and captains from about 200/hr to about 335/hr on the 787. The blog puts annual pay at about CAD 78k-188k for FOs and 190k-310k+ for captains, assuming 77.5 credit hours a month. The 2023 ALPA deal gave a 15.5% raise in 2023 and a further 8.5% over 2024-2026.
