Star Tribune (21 Dec 2021) on the ALPA contract ratified Dec 2021, effective 1 Jan 2022: B737 captains $190,000 to $264,000 per year by seniority; first officers $78,000 to $173,000 (min = most junior, max = most senior). These are FIRST-YEAR (2022) annual figures; the contract has later step-ups (by year 4 senior captain rates exceed Delta 737), so 2026 rates are higher. No hourly table could be read (the ALPA-hosted CBA PDF blocks automated access). Contract became amendable Dec 2025; ALPA filed to open negotiations Sep 2025, and rates stay in force under status quo. Allegiant merger pending (Allegiant TA of Jul 2026 includes Sun Country pilot protections).
