In Nov 2026 the SKY express careers page lists one pilot opening: Captains ATR, Athens based. Earlier adverts sought A320 rated FOs/Captains (Heraklion or Athens, permanent; now closed) and non-rated low-hour ATR First Officers in Athens, which tend to open seasonally. Airline operating normally (Q1 2026 results published 19 May 2026).

SKY express publishes no pay scale and no pilot collective agreement is public. Figures are crowd-sourced GROSS monthly base salaries from the PilotJobsNetwork wiki brief payscale (updated 17 Nov 2024): FO 1,800 (base) to 2,400 (top), Captain 4,100 (base) to 4,300 (top), each plus a small extra payment (FO 15, Captain 25) per landing or block hour above 50; the wiki annualises them on 13 payments. ReadyForTakeoff (7 Jun 2026), also anecdotal, gives FO NET pay of about 1,500 a month for the first 6 months and about 2,200 after that, paid 14 times a year, with lean winter months around 1,200 including per diem; it describes pay as mostly fixed salary with no sector pay. Aircraft type (ATR or A320) is not stated in either source.
