A320neo Captain advert dated 20 Jul 2026 and A320neo First Officer advert (bases Nuremberg, Leipzig, Hamburg; limited cadet places for MPL/low-hour applicants) seen on job boards in 2026; recruitment is run from Tallinn via Marabu's Workable portal. In March 2026 the airline was reviewing its base strategy toward 3-4 core German bases.

Marabu publishes no pay figures: its careers pages and 2026 A320neo Captain/FO adverts only promise a competitive package, performance bonuses and base salary from day 1 of the operator conversion course. Figures here are crowd-sourced base salaries from the PilotJobsNetwork wiki brief payscale, labelled gross: Captain base EUR 8,050 (updated 31 Aug 2026) and FO base 4,250 (updated 19 Jun 2026; the FO entry has no currency symbol, but every other figure on the page is in EUR). The page does not label the period; it says flying up to 60 hours is included in base, with extra pay of EUR 71/h for 60-75 h, EUR 78/h for 75-90 h and EUR 85/h above 90 h (same for Captain and FO), which points to monthly base pay. No top-of-scale figures given. The airline holds an Estonian AOC (Marabu Airlines OÜ, Tallinn) while flying from German bases for Condor; no collective agreement with Vereinigung Cockpit is published, and VC has warned the set-up could undercut Condor conditions. PilotJobsNetwork mentions a German-contract per diem, but the employing entity for each figure is not stated.
