Luxair hires through its Cornerstone careers site (JavaScript-only, could not be read). Its Moovijob company page in Nov 2026 lists 37 openings, none for pilots. Recent years saw both permanent and seasonal B737 First Officer adverts on job boards. Cadet programme (18 months, free training, guaranteed job) ran a 2025 cohort.

Local contract under Luxair collective agreement
No pilot pay table is published openly. Figures are NET monthly from a table in a LuxToday guide to the Luxair cadet programme (first published Jul 2024, updated Oct 2026): Second Officer from EUR 3,200 (EUR 4,300 after 8 months) up to EUR 4,500; First Officer EUR 5,100 to 6,400; Captain EUR 7,500 at entry to EUR 19,500 after 20+ years. Min = entry step, max = top step. An older Flightdeckfriend recruitment page (2018) gave GROSS figures: FO EUR 2,500 in training, EUR 3,600 in line training, about EUR 4,500 after one year; Captain over EUR 7,000 in year 1 up to about EUR 15,000, no direct-entry captains, pay bridged to years of service. The collective agreement signed with LCGB and OGBL on 17 Feb 2025 (valid to 31 Dec 2027) restructured the pilot scale into two categories, Co-Pilot and Captain, and unfroze scale advancements from 1 Jan 2025; the new scale amounts were not published.
