Annual basic paid in 14 instalments plus block-hour pay (FO about EUR 19.75-23.25/BH, captain EUR 37.50-46/BH) and an annual allowance of about EUR 6,000 (pilot-submitted data, Nov 2025). Captain EUR 98,000 is a Palma base figure. UK-base contracts are quoted at about GBP 57/BH (FO, ~GBP 45-50k/yr) and GBP 108/BH (captain, ~GBP 100-108k/yr).
