Pilot forum post (undated) gives a captain base salary of AUD 200,000, about AUD 230,000 with super and allowances. Jetstar's CEO said in December 2019 that captains average over AUD 300,000 in total earnings. No FO figure found. The 2026 EA gives 3% a year over four years (+12 days off a year phased in).
