Flow-through to Air Canada under the capacity purchase agreement.
Per credit hour. FO starting rate CAD 68.93 from the current Jazz First Officer advert (earlier adverts: CAD 64.95 May 2024, CAD 66.25 Oct 2024). FO top (CAD 82) and captain CAD 80-133 are from an older CRJ200 scale on AirlinePilotCentral (page updated 2019). A Jazz Direct Entry Captain advert quotes about CAD 110,000 per year at 85 credits a month. Adverts add a tax-free expense allowance of about CAD 800-1,000 a month. The Jazz–ALPA Agreement No. 5 (Negotech, MOS-4 pay tables to July 2035) gives a July 2026 scale of FO C$45.95–95.15 and captain C$91.89–152.29 per credit hour (full table stored); the current advert's higher FO start rate indicates later adjustments, so the advert figure is kept.
