Gross monthly. Captain: EUR 6,217 at 60 flight hours (union simulation, Startmag 2021) and EUR 6,500 for a captain with 15 years' seniority (Money.it, Jan 2023). FO figures are for a non-captain 'pilota' at 60-70 hours (EUR 3,598 in 2021; EUR 4,000 with 12 years' seniority in 2023). ITA approved a pilot pay rise in Feb 2023, so current pay may be higher.
