Still operating under its own AOC (Evelop Airlines, trading as Iberojet since the Dec 2020 merger with Orbest); new routes are scheduled for winter 2026-27. In Oct 2026 the airline planned to move to an all-A330 fleet, phasing out its two A350s and one A320 over 1-5 years, after an EUR 8.4m loss in the last financial year; owner Ávoris was also in early talks to buy Plus Ultra. Job boards carry an undated Madrid-based FO advert (A330/A350, permanent contract, 500 h on A330/A350 or 1,000 h on A320, Spanish level 6); no pilot vacancy page was found on Iberojet's own site.
Pay
No pay figure is published anywhere that could be found. Pilots have had no collective agreement: in Oct 2024 the company formally recognised SEPLA as their representative (96.7% of votes, 86.5% turnout) and talks on a first pilot agreement opened on 6 Nov 2024. No signed pilot agreement had appeared in the BOE or BOCM by Nov 2026. The Evelop agreement for cabin crew and ground staff (BOCM 4 Feb 2025) excludes pilots.
