No pilot vacancies on the FlyOne careers page on 2026-11-01 (it lists only non-flying roles and says no other positions are open). A previous advert sought A320 type-rated FOs for Chisinau (1,500 hours, EASA ATPL/frozen ATPL) with a fast-track captain upgrade. Sister carriers FlyOne Armenia (Yerevan) and FlyOne Asia (Tashkent, ex-Asia Union Airlines, acquired Jul 2025) recruit separately; the A321neo is flown in the wider group. In July 2026 Moldova's investment-screening council (CEIISS) refused to approve the ownership structure and gave 90 days for a change of control, without halting operations; in May 2026 most Bucharest routes were cancelled.

FlyOne does not publish pilot pay and no advert with a salary figure was found. Figures are gross monthly estimates from ReadyForTakeoff's FlyOne pilot conditions page (27 Apr 2026), which says they are the author's benchmarks rather than company data: entry FO EUR 3,000-4,500, FO with 3-5 years EUR 4,500-6,000, new captain EUR 6,000-8,000, senior captain EUR 8,000-10,000. Pilots may be employed by the Moldovan entity (FLY ONE S.R.L.) or the Romanian entity (FLYONE Airlines SRL) on different terms. Moldova has a flat 12% income tax.
