In Dec 2024 Croatia Airlines advertised A220 co-pilot posts through mojposao.hr, closing 31 Dec 2024; a type rating was preferred but not required. The fleet will be all A220 (13 A220-300 and 2 A220-100) by 2027, with seven A220s arriving in 2026. No pilot vacancy on the airline's own site was found for Nov 2026.
Pay

No pilot pay scale has been published. The figures are crowd-sourced entries on PilotJobsNetwork, updated in Nov 2025: First Officer EUR 2,800 base to 5,500 top per month, and Captain EUR 6,400 base to 9,800 top per month. The site assumes 12 payments a year and does not say whether the figures are gross or net. A five-year collective agreement was signed on 25 July 2024 with the ORCA union (which includes the pilots' union HSPP) and SHSZUZ. It raised the point value, introduced fixed monthly gross amounts based on an equal average monthly hour fund, added inflation indexation, and made Easter/Christmas bonuses and holiday allowance contractual. No pilot amounts from that agreement were found.

- Under the 2024 collective agreement, Easter bonus, Christmas bonus and/or holiday allowance are contractual, and salaries are indexed to inflation. PilotJobsNetwork lists FO per diems of up to EUR 250-500, but that data dates from 2010.
