Pilot Jobs Network, June 2026: pay is per scheduled block hour. Captain €182; FO €87 (500–1,500 hours) or €92 (over 1,500 hours). €4.50 a block hour is deducted as a simulator training cost. Captains received a €6 an hour rise; FOs received none. Days off worked pay an extra €200 (FO) or €400 (captain). A contributor estimates a senior FO's take-home pay at €3,500–4,000 net a month.
