Figures are a user-submitted 10-step scale on PilotJobsNetwork marked effective Nov 2025: FO scale 1 GBP 42,623.44 to scale 10 GBP 56,098.64; Captain scale 1 GBP 69,557.27 to scale 10 GBP 85,745.98; years 11-15 stay at scale 10. Gross yearly before Guernsey income tax (20%) and social insurance (6%). Flight duty pay of about GBP 4.12 per hour on top. ReadyForTakeoff (Jul 2026) gives similar ranges as estimates. No published pay scale or salary figures; adverts state only a competitive salary and benefits. Full-time contracts based on Guernsey; applicants need a Guernsey Employment Permit (and visa if required) and must relocate to the island.
