First-year Captain base salary by type: BE-99 USD 76,503 (advert Apr 2026); BE-1900 USD 87,006 (advert Mar 2026, same figure for BE-1900/SA227 in the Aug 2022 pay release); EMB-120 and Saab 340 USD 97,091 (Aug 2022 release, not confirmed in a 2026 advert). The 2022 release also introduced an opt-in four-year retention bonus of USD 100,000 (USD 40,000 at 24 months, USD 60,000 at 48 months); current status of this bonus not confirmed. First Officer pay not published. Non-union.

BE-1900 Captain: 1,800 TT, 1,000 PIC, 500 cross-country, 250 multi-engine, 100 turbine, 100 instrument, 100 night, prior Part 121/135 experience. IPC or 121/135 recurrent within 6 months; US work eligibility; TSA background check.
