Canadian Press report (12 Dec 2025) quoting a copy of the ALPA agreement in principle: captains start at $220,500 in their first year of service and first officers at $85,000 (jumps of about 47% and 60%). Five-year contract, retroactive to 1 May 2025, running to 30 Apr 2030, ratified Jan 2026 (91% yes). Top of scale not given exactly ('nearly $388,000' for senior captains and 'top $238,000' for experienced FOs by May 2029), so fo_max/cpt_max left null. Excludes 11% signing bonus paid over two years. Annual figures as published; no hourly table seen.
