These are crowd-sourced NET annual figures from PilotJobsNetwork (updated 20 Jan 2026): First Officer EUR 36,000 (junior, about 3,000/month) to 50,404 (about 3,500-4,200/month), and Captain EUR 72,000 (about 6,000/month) to 84,000 (about 7,000/month). The same page also shows gross figures, but it says they were produced by AI net-to-gross conversion, so they are not used here. A 2023 N1 article quotes a press source giving EUR 4,000-5,000 per month for pilots in Serbia generally, with no airline, rank or gross/net basis. Pay is a monthly salary plus productivity-linked flight pay. No Air Serbia pilot pay scale or advert figures published; the Oct 2026 Captain adverts give no salary or benefits.
