No current pilot vacancy found on the airline's own site during this research (Nov 2026). Fleet growth continues with B737 MAX 8 deliveries since May 2025 and an A350-900 order formalised Jan 2026.
Pay
Unofficial figures. Not from an agreement or the airline: collected from pilot forums, salary sites and other public sources. Treat them as indicative.
Figures come from Spanish press overviews (El Debate, 30 Jan 2025; repeated by Hosteltur, 9 Feb 2025) that name no source: first officer 36,000-55,000 EUR a year, captain about 70,000 EUR a year. The binding document is the V Convenio colectivo for flight crew (BOE 2 Dec 2023, valid 1 Jan 2023 - 31 Dec 2025, tacit yearly renewal). Its pay structure (Art. 20, 30) uses levels Primer Piloto 1A-8 and Segundo Piloto 1A-11 with base salary, seniority ad personam, prima razón viaje, transport and technical-assistance pluses and a commander responsibility premium; the salary-table annexes could not be read in the BOE online text. Art. 44 guarantees 160 monthly activity hours. Art. 62.16: selling a day off pays 700 EUR (captain) / 400 EUR (FO); buying one costs 800 / 500 EUR. For comparison, a ReadyForTakeoff pilot-conditions article (17 Mar 2026) gives its own higher estimates (annual gross): FO about 40,000-85,000 EUR (year 1 narrowbody to years 7-10 widebody) and Captain about 95,000-200,000 EUR (entry narrowbody to senior long-haul); these are site estimates and are not used for the min/max fields.

- Per diems under Arts. 71-72 of the V Convenio (amounts not read). Company pays hotel for first month of a forced detachment (Art. 41). Day-off sale/buy amounts in Art. 62.16 (700/400 EUR sold, 800/500 EUR bought, captain/FO).

- 124 days off per year; at least 10 fixed days off per month Nov-Apr and 9 May-Oct (Art. 62). Away-from-base duty series max 5 days (Art. 48); minimum rest 10h30 (Art. 52); max 4 reserve periods per month (Art. 60).

Requirements
- Captain
- 4,000 hours minimum
- Type rating
- New level-11 pilots trained at company cost repay the type rating, up to 2,404.05 EUR, if they leave early (Art. 24).
- Bond
- Type-rating repayment up to 2,404.05 EUR; full remaining cost due if leaving voluntarily or fairly dismissed within two years (Art. 24; the article also mentions three years).

- ATPL required for command (Art. 27)

- New hires are permanent at level 11 or 10 depending on experience; 6-month probation (Arts. 24, 33). Command upgrade needs 4,000 h (B737 and larger counted x1.25) plus seniority list position (Art. 27); captain on a higher fleet needs 5,000 h (Art. 31). Spanish ICAO level noted by third-party sites, not verified.
