The airline's own pilot listing shows a permanent First Officer (m/f/x) post at Leipzig dated 11.12.2025, and an AeroLogic Flight Academy ab-initio programme with partner school TFC Kaeufer (Essen) taking applications from 02.11.2026. Non-rated FOs get a training contract first.

Pay

Unofficial figures. Not from an agreement or the airline: collected from pilot forums, salary sites and other public sources. Treat them as indicative.

Second Officer
EUR 51,069–53,265 a year
First officer
EUR 61,561–117,293 a year
Captain
EUR 129,998–196,854 a year

Rank ranges are taken from the PilotJobsNetwork crowd-sourced pay page (brief scale updated 2 Oct 2026; detailed table said to apply from April 2026), annual gross before tax. That page also lists a 20% tax-free supplement on top of these sums, which it treats as expenses and leaves out. Senior First Officer is a separate rank in the pay agreement but has no figure there. Press coverage of the first collective pay agreement (Verdi, Oct 2022, running to 31 Dec 2023) gave a span of about EUR 64,000 to 208,000 a year including shift allowances, with FO raises of 13.8-24.6%, SFO 11.6-20.7%, captain 8.5% and a 20% shift allowance for all pilots. No later openly published pay table was found. Pay is built on 15 duty days a month; extra days are paid at 110% (1st and 2nd), 150% (3rd) and 200% (4th onwards), with a day rate equal to basic salary divided by 13.25 (crowd-sourced). During type-rating training a non-rated FO earns 70% of the target salary (company advert).
